This book published in September,2014 collects 79 important works by the General Secretary Xi Jinping from November 15th, 2012 to June 13th, 2014, including his addresses, talks, speeches, answers to questions, instructions, congratulation letters and others that are classified into 18 topics, gaining wide attention and applause among domestic and overseas readers. To reflect the development lineage and main content of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and help both domestic and foreign readers systematically grasp the essence and connotation of this important thought, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (The State Council Information Office), together with Party Literature Research Center of the CPC Central Committee and China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, has revised and republished Xi Jinping: The Governance of China. This is the English version for the first volume.
