In accordance with Article 7 of the Law on Electronic Commerce ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No. 133/07, 17/11, 104/15, and 192/15 and "Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia" No. 31/20), as well as Article 86 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" No. 38/04, 77/07, 103/08, 24/11, 164/13, 97/15, 152/15, and 140/18), Maks-MM DOOEL, located at ul. Cvetan Dimov br. 12, Skopje, through its website badwolf.mk, informs its consumers that:

1. Online Sales

The sale of products through badwolf.mk is carried out as part of the company's registered business activity. All complaints and return requests should be sent to: [email protected].

2. Basic Product Information

  • The essential characteristics of the products are published and available on each product page of the website.
  • Products are intended for regular use, in accordance with their declared purpose.
  • Prices are listed in MKD, VAT included.

3. Delivery Terms and Shipping Costs

  • Products are shipped Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday morning.
  • Estimated delivery time from the courier’s pickup is up to 3 working days, depending on the courier service.
  • Delivery is free for orders over 2000 MKD.
  • For orders below this amount, the customer accepts a 150 MKD delivery fee.

4. Payment Methods

Customers can pay:

  • In cash upon delivery
  • Online by credit/debit card (as specified on the website)

By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the customer commits to paying for the ordered products.

5. Right to Cancel or Exchange

The customer has the right, within 15 days of receiving the order, to:

  • Exchange products for other items (of the same, lower, or higher price)
  • Cancel the purchase and request a refund

The procedure is defined on the website pages Exchange and Right of Withdrawal.

6. Product Conformity

All products must match the described characteristics in the product declaration. However, slight deviations from the product photo (e.g., plus/minus a book sticker) are tolerated. If products do not conform to the agreement, the customer has the right to request:

  • Rectification of the issue (through replacement or repair)
  • Price reduction
  • Termination of the contract and a refund

All correction-related costs are covered by the store. In all other cases, the customer will pay the delivery fee.

7. Product Availability

Please note that if the product is no longer available at the time of order processing, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order, in which case the customer will be promptly informed.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding product condition:

  • Customers may file a complaint regarding unused products purchased through the website, which do not show visible signs of use (applies to new books and products).

Complaints about transport damage:

  • It is very important to immediately report any visible transport damage on the packaging to the courier upon delivery.
  • Such damage must be reported by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If you notice such damage, do not sign the delivery receipt, or ask the courier to wait while you check if the packaging damage has affected the product.

Complaints about incorrect data or wrong product:

9. Personal Data Protection

All brand-related content on this website, unless otherwise stated (including texts, some photographs, logo, design, and other visual elements), is the intellectual property of badwolf.mk and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Book descriptions and product stock images excluded. The badwolf.mk name and logo are protected brand elements and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission from the owner. Photographs that are not our property are used in accordance with their respective usage rights and copyright conditions.
