📦 Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Add product in cart using the cart button, then proceed to checkout from cart :)
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest, but we recommend signing up for easier use in the future (wishlist, pre-filled addresses) and to have a record of your orders for future loyalty/gift programs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The order's lead time is 2 working days. The time of arrival depends on the delivery company.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping all over Macedonia costs 150 MKD.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders above 2000 MKD.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in-store (with cash or card), on delivery with cash, or online by card.
Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?
Yes!
Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
Not yet.
📚 Books & Availability
How can I know if a book is in stock?
You will be able to add it to your cart using the yellow cart button with the plus on it.
What if the book I want is out of stock?
You can sign up to be notified by email in case of restock! The more people on our notify list, the bigger the chances of a restock.
Can I preorder upcoming releases?
Yes, we accept pre-orders. You can request a book here while requests are open, and we’ll email you back with the price and availability of the requested book.
Are the books new or second-hand?
The books are all new.
Can I request a book you don’t currently have?
For sure — you can submit it in our suggestion box on our landing page, or if you’re planning to buy it, you can also request it as a pre-order.
How do pre-orders work? If I send a request, is the book automatically ordered?
After you fill out and submit the form, we receive the request and check whether we can source the requested book and at what price. Then we email you an offer. After we send the email, we wait for your reply before placing the order. If we don’t receive a confirmed response, we don’t order the book. At the moment we don’t take a deposit or upfront payment, but we reserve the right to request a deposit for higher-value orders.
People who do not pick up their pre-orders will not be able to place pre-orders with us in the future.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a book?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
How do I exchange an item?
Call us to inform us about the return, then send the item via courier or return it directly to the store. Check the Terms and Conditions for more details, or contact us by phone or email.
Blind Date with a Book
Books sold as “Blind Date with a Book” can be returned or exchanged only if they are unopened and returned in the same condition as when purchased.
🎁 Gifts & Special Orders
Can I send a book as a gift?
Yes, we offer free gift-wrapping! Leave a comment with your order saying that you’d like the book to be wrapped as a gift.
We don’t gift-wrap books sold as “Blind Date with a Book” because they’re already wrapped.
Can I include a message with the gift?
Of course! We will write a complimentary handwritten note if you include its contents in the comments or contact us by email or phone!
